You can report your issues under the Support channel. While posting, try to add as much detail as possible. Few points are mentioned below
- Nature of Issue: Is the issue is happening intermittently? Is the issue happening for all users? Is it impacting something urgent?
- Detailed Explanation with Steps: Explain your issue with more details. If you have steps to replicate it, It would help our support team to identify the issue quicker.
- Time of the issue: If the issue is intermittent, suggest the time it happened last time. Our support team can have a look at some logs to triage it further.
